The stick is made of pernambuco that is round in shape and orange brown in color. It has a gold tip and a gold winding. The frog is made of tortoise shell and mounted in gold. It has a Parisian eye inlaid on either side. The adjustor is made of an ebony core with two gold rings. It has pearl facets inlaid in the ebony and a pearl eye inlaid at the end.
